Advanced Systems Technology will guide your company through all phases
of the installation and implementation of your new Timberline software.
Our implementation training will teach you how to set up each module
of your software, teach you how to create custom reports, and teach
you how to perform basic daily functions.

consultants/trainers to train our clients. Our certified consultants/trainers
have undergone training classes with Timberline and earned their certification
to train and support Timberline software products. AST offers
several classes throughout the year for both accounting and estimating.

Occasionally, users will have questions regarding
their software application that does not require an on-site visit.
Advanced Systems Technology has a toll-free telephone number to provide
for your support needs. Consultants are available Monday - Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer your questions by calling
800.749.2814.
The following plans are available for
both telephone and on-site support:
Advanced Systems Technology Comfort
Plan:
The Comfort Plan includes one (1) hour per month prepaid
support time, priority response for on-site service and telephone support,
discount on rates for training, consulting, and custom reports, and custom
database development and hardware/software support.
Advanced Systems Technology Standard Support:
Customers may also pay for support on an "as needed"
basis. Clients will be billed for the actual cost of the phone call
plus local, state, and federal taxes in addition to the customary hourly
rate.
Timberline Budget Care:
Budget Care includes one hour of telephone support
via the web, e-mail, fax, or phone, access to Accounting Online, all software
enhancements, and notification of software updates via e-mail.
Timberline Total Care:
Total Care includes all of the benefits of Budget Care
as well as nine additional support hours, a 10% discounts on Timberline
user conferences, and free replacement CDs.
Comfort Plan discounted support rates are also available
to any customer who chooses to pay in advance for their support.

How do I place an order?
- Sign the quote that you received from Advanced Systems
Technology and fax to 205.278.9999.
What methods of payment are available?
- Lease-to-purchase, cash, and check.
When can I expect my delivery?
- Approximately one week after the date you ordered
the software.
How do I order additional users or modules?
- Call AST at 800.749.2814 to get a quote. After
receiving the quote, sign it and fax it back to 205.278.9999.
How long will it take my company to go live on
my software?
- Before your purchase, a consultant will contact
you to review your implementation questionnaire and determine the amount
of time it will take. Most companies are able to go live within
one month of implementation.
